Who has done the mumsnet haircut? I'm really considering having a go

Can't afford the hairdresser but desperately need a hair cut. Could do with some step by step instructions

I have had it for about a year or so.
By changing where i put the hair band means i can change whethere i havea fringe, how long it is, whether i have a centre or side parting.
I love it.

I think that the hair in that youtube clip looks bloody awful tbh.

I cut mine myself but don´t end up with that thin feathery look.

Done it, love it, job done will definately be doing again.

wornout - Did you do it with ponytail to the side or in the middle?

I was going to do it with ponytail to the side but got a bit scared so just done it on the top, I move my parting anyway this way I can still have either a side parting or a central one. I did take my time a only took off a little at a time.
