Anyone packed away their summer stuff yet?

Hi All

Sitting here with rain puring down outside and have finally decided to put away (in top shelf of wardrobe) all my summer staff. Bye bye all my beuatiful short dresees, long maxis and strappy sandals...

Need some nice boots to cheer me up now. Anyone else done/doing the same

I don't normally bother. I just move the out of season clothes to the other end of the wardrobe but this year I am doing it differently. I have a wardrobe full of clothes yet some clothes don't get worn for months on end so all the summer stuff is going and then all the clothes that don't fit. I would rather have a lot less clothes, nicer ones, that fit than a wardrobe stuffed full of some cheap stuff and other stuff that will never fit again.

It's upsetting that the nice stuff has to be packed away in August! I was actually searching for my gloves today :(. I do still see people in sandals in the rain, trying to hang on the summer!

Don't pack those summer clothes away too soon! Next week is looking pretty good at the moment.
