why wouldn't you.

CerealOffender · 23/08/2010 21:15

how about a lady boy?

Goblinchild · 23/08/2010 21:19

The bad tempered ladybird was male as I recall.
Tell your dh that it's a Coccinella outfit and he's being ridiculous.

To dress up in, rather than go out in you mean??? Don't you??? The poor kid will be traumatised for life. I'm with your DH.

FlyingInTheCLouds · 23/08/2010 21:51

amotherplace... seriously, Why would a young child be traumatised as dressing up as a ladybird. It's an insect.

I bet anotherplace is the sort of parent whose DS wears a t-shirt that says 'Lock Up Your Daughters'

I bought my DS a spider outfit to wear for Halloween but he's scared of spiders. He loves his bee umbrella though

My DS loves the ladybird wellie boots that he inherited from DD.
So far DD has refused to hand over the matching umbrella, and the matching raincoat made him look very odd (cos of the cut rather than the spotty pattern IYSWIM) so we've ditched that.
