Boob support for spaniel ears in strappy/backless dress

I used to be a 38DD before I had children, but having gained two children and lost three stone, my boobs aren't what they used to be.

I'm now a 32F (measured at Bravissimo) but my boobs are like poached eggs in socks and perch nicely on my ribs.

I've got a ball coming up in September, and would love to wear something like this but wouldn't have a clue what to do with my boob support!

I got the dress - phew!!

I just need to work out boob support, shoes, accessories and I'm done

Any idea on shoes to go with it? I'm a novice at this whole S&B thing!
