Have had a strange relationship with smoking over the years and very much been off and on when I was much younger/a student.
The last 10 years or so I have settled into a 'routine' of smoking 4/5 cigarettes a year total, normally after a night out with DP. We always have a pack in the house but have never gone above that amount.

I obviously know it's not great for my health but at that level I really don't think it's awful- the main risk I guess would be I would smoke more, which I don't.

Has anyone ever cut to that amount? I am struggling with the motivation to actually quit as i do enjoy it and at such a small level the health impact (and cost, my current pack of Silk Cut is over 2 years old and very ragged looking) doesn't seem dreadful.
