I have quite smoking 3 months ago after 50 years of smoking. I don't know anyone else in my curcumstances so asking if anyone has the same as me.
After 3 months of not smoking I am still waking up with sticky tar in my mouth.
I thought this would have gone by now. Anyone the same or is it just me?

Tar in your mouth? It's not tar surely.

Well from the nicotine I suppose.

Congrats on quitting! You're not alone others have reported similar issues. You might find tracking progress with an app like www.puffstats.com helpful. It logs changes and patterns during recovery.
