I need to quit vaping! Help!

Please no judgement! I have smoked since I was 14. I gave up when i was pregnant and started vaping with advice from midwives/hospital. I now want to quit vaping but I am finding it SO hard. My baby is very demanding and high needs. I use vaping as a 30 second break away from everything. I’ve tried so many times to quit vaping but I end up in such a bad mental place because i don’t have that small bit of time away from my baby when shes being really demanding. I’m desperate to quit so any advice is welcome!

Get some advice from gp or pharmacy, lots of alternatives to smoking cessation. Sounds like a nicotine patch might help? You can be referred to a smoke stop service.

Read the Alan Carr book. It's brilliant.

Have you tried reducing the vape strength gradually?
An nicotine inhalator might work as a safer alternative
