Anyone want to stop vaping with me?

I thought a challenge might make it easier!!

I don't vape but I am addicted those nicotine lozenges, which is kind of the same ( not as bad as smoking but probably still bad) and I am stopping, starting today. I managed to quit in July after having used them for 15 years, but stupidly found some unused tablets about a month ago, and got addicted again.

When did you /do you plan to stop vaping?

Today is day 1. I had the last lozenge at about 8 am and haven't had anything since. Based on last time, I think the cravings are going to get worse and worse till Thursday, then start to be less awful.

I got through today with extra strong mints, chewing gum and water sorting games on my phone.
