I've quit, how to not snack??

I quit smoking 2 weeks ago, I'm 11 weeks pregnant and quit when I found out.
I've got patches and they're helping I don't actually want a cigarette and the smell of it on others is making me feel sick!

My question is how do I stop snacking?
I think at a mixture of pregnancy hormones, no smoking and slight boredom due to not smoking.

Any one have any tips or tricks?

Sugar free chewing gum will give your mouth something to do Grin

Keep your hands, your mouth and yourself manically busy.... suck sugar free mints, knit, paint/ colour in pictures, do a manicure/ pedicure, do yoga, read, clear out cupboards/ drawers etc

Sugar free chewing gum and a lot of it. Also, water. Keep your mouth busy and yourself hydrated. This is the worst part of quitting aside from the boredom from the habit it created.
