I'm using patches off and on to stop smoking. Off and on cos I'm not a massive smoker
Between 10-15 a week.
Has anyone used them and had sleep disturbance? I'm bloody knackered!

I started patches this morning. I smoke about 10 a day. It's made my arm itch so far, and I'm already struggling. It only went on at 7am. We've got this!! Good luck

@bowchickawowwoww
I've been using them for around 3/4 weeks now and while I haven't stopped, I have cut down loads.
I just can't cope with this insomnia! The patches I have, you wear for 16 hours but I'm going to have to take mine off at 6pm ish to see if the insomnia stops. But evening is my worse time for cravings!
Not keen on the vaping thing either

I know it's not what your asking, but I was a heavy smoker for 30 years and I gave up by reading Allen Carr Easyway to give up smoking

Really, well done! Obviously I've heard of it but for some reason never thought it would work for me! Could not get my head round how reading a book would work?!

I wasn’t keen on vaping either until 4am on a Friday morning with the horrible-ist cough I’ve ever had. I went to the local vape shop, picked up a starter kit and started the following day with the intention of substituting every other cig with a vape. I haven’t had a cig since but that was only 6 days ago 🤣

Don’t be so keen on ruling out vaping until you’ve maybe tried it

However you do this, good luck

Well it's in stock at my local library, maybe try yours, at least it's cheap. Some people find him preachy but it worked for me
