Lozenge or chewing gum?

I've been a smoker for years and really need to stop. I've looked at the options (and tried some over the years... ) and want to try something mint flavoured. Can anyone advise? What about the mouth spray? Uncertain if I want to try a vape, not keen on the scented clouds.

I preferred the chewing gum, found the lozenges a bit too minty and chalky. The spray made me feel too much like I was desperate for nicotine, if that makes sense.

Thank you. So are the lozenges a bit like Rennies then? Grin

Yes, I suppose they are! Depends how you want to get the nicotine I suppose. I wanted a quick background blast, not a replacement ‘taste’ for the smoke (also why I never took up vaping).
I tried some melty strip things but they were weird and coated my mouth too much.
It’s trial and error really, whatever works for you, so maybe buy a pack of each and see what you prefer.
Good luck, best thing I ever did for my health Smile

Thank you again, I'll try both as you suggest. Appreciate your replies. :)
