Yesterday was Day 8 of not smoking - using just niquitin minis (1.5mg). The last couple of days I didn't even really use the lozenges - didn't really have bad cravings. At most I've used maybe 3 or 4 this week.
Anyway to cut a long story short - I'm having a really tough time - had to cancel the holiday of a lifetime so I could have urgent medical tests. I'm not sleeping well - no more than hour at a time. Anyway today I am exhausted, probably a little depressed through all the worry about tests (scheduled for next week). So I fell off the wagon. I've had 2 cigarettes today. I feel terrible about it.
Is it OK to just forget about them and crack on again tomorrow?
