Day 2 of no nicotine after having it for over 25 years every day. Yesterday wasn't so bad. Today is hell.

Hi Georgie. I know you posted this a few days ago. It is so difficult I know exactly how you feel. Im now into my 4th week. It does get easier I promise. The first week cold turkey is totally shit. 2nd week is still shit but not as bad. 3rd week was a lot better, just the odd craving here and there which didn't last long. Today I've had a bit of a setback and having a day-long craving and it's all I can think about. I will not cave though. I'm hoping it will be gone by tomorrow. I just feel like I need that "throat hit" and there is absolutely nothing else that can give you that sensation. Be strong though! Think about how good it feels to say you're a non-smoker. Think about how much nicer you smell and how much money you will save!

Georgiemcgeorgeface killerqueen9 I'm on day 112. T.b.h I've stopped counting days as I feel like a free woman . Honestly you need to know after 30 yrs, if I can, anyone can. Read Allen Carr Easyway .It helps massively.
