Right I’ve quit smoking for a while, read the Allan Carr book, all good no drama.

However, I am currently mid way through my third miscarriage and all I can think about is having a smoke. I don’t want to be a smoker again I don’t want to have to quit again, in all honesty it wasn’t dramatic but it might be next time.

Someone sit on my hands for me please!

you are doing so well OP, don't give in now. it can also be bad for unborn infants. reading why (linked) might help you x

Op, I've had miscarriages. Painful awful things. The first thing I always did was smoke. It never helped the grieving and worry process. I hope for you that you can find a healthier path.

Thanks both Flowers

Sadly I caved before seeing your messages and have smoked two after driving to the shop.

DH is away with work and I’m fine physically, luckily it’s another early one, 6 weeks tomorrow, so just a really shitty period essentially, but emotionally I am SO angry and devastated and this was the last chance so the only positives are that I won’t have to go through this again.

In any case all of that aside I now have to quit smoking again tomorrow

you don't have to quit again OP, this was just a fluke. You just have to get back on track. Keep going Flowers
