Until a week ago, I smoked 20 cigarettes a day and have done so since I was a teenager. I'm in my 40s now. I tried everything to quit - patches, chewing gums, hypnotherapy etc. Nothing worked. A week ago I started with my new IQOS...and it's so easy!!! Not really cost effective, but I definitely feel and smell better! I had a one off cigarette earlier today and I hated it. Never thought I would say that! Obviously I am planning to quit IQOS at some stage too, but for the time being, I feel as though this is a step in the right direction.
