I need all your best tips/advice to stop smoking.

I want to quit but I get to day 3 everytime and seem to have a massive meltdown.

Worried about moods/weight gain (already have about a stone on post pregnancy).

So basically I'm asking for the small things that helped you cope day to day until the cravings eased a little so you didn't give up.

I haven't got a massive budget so I can't afford hypnotherapy etc and I have an e-cig that has been made redundant on a few occasions million occasions actually.

Anything big or small you can think of would be greatly appreciated.

Vaping worked for me, decent kit from an online vape shop, started by smoking and vaping while I worked out what vape kit worked for me, and then just vaped through the cravings. Over 5 years now not smoking after 28 years smoking!
