Reducing nicotine in ecig

I've been using an ecig successfully for a couple of months now, the last time I bought cigarettes was boxing day and I've not been tempted to buy them at all, I want to eventually get my self to a point where I use zero nicotine in my ecig, I currently use the highest strength I can find 18mg, it is best to slowly reduce the strength I buy or just go cold turkey and switch to zero?

I started on 18mg and one day just bought some 12mg. Honestly didn't notice the difference... will be dropping to 6 soon and then hopefully 0. You could always buy the 12 and if you don't think it's enough you can mix them to essentially make 15mg for a while...
