Hi, I am on day 14 of stopping smoking cold turkey. I used to sleep quite well when I smoked but since quitting I've had really bad insomnia. I struggle to fall asleep and then most days I'm wide awake around 4.30am and can't get back to sleep. I'm lucky if I manage 5 hrs per night. Does anyone have any advice? Thank you.

I had the same and it subsided after about week 4/5. No advice except keep in mind it’s temporary and should regulate itself soon.

Me too, I stopped in March and had vivid dreams. Now I sleep better than ever and I hardly cough. Wish I'd stopped years ago, well, wish I'd never started.
Keep up the good work, the nicotine has gone, now it is just the habit of wanting to smoke. Honestly, if I can do it so can you.
Keep strong!
