Vaping causing crackly throat and chest

I have just started vaping as part of a plan to quit smoking. I am using a very small and basic vape88 and the lowest to no nicotine juice and only really using it in the evening. (I wasn't a heavy smoker) However after a week or so of using it I am finding I have a really crackly throat and chest especially at bedtime. It's quite an unpleasant sensation. Is this a common occurrence or does the vape thing just not suit me?

It’s very common indeed. Part of it may be the vape but a lot of it will be the fact that your lungs are clearing out.

Keep drinking plenty of fluids. If it doesn’t settle down fully you could try higher VG liquid but the vape you are using won’t work very well with high VG
