Just started vaping

and I’m really confused on how to charge it?! The man said something about no higher than a 1amp fuse. I tried to charge from a tablet but it didn’t work
I’ve got a multi usb wall charger but no idea if this will be safe to use.
Anyone?!

A standard micro usb phone charger cable will work or anything like that. Plug it in to your laptop or a power outlet. I use my husband's Samsung charger because mine has gone missing and it works a treat.
