Vaping.... zero nicotine

I was a 10-a-day smoker until I found out I was pregnant with 1st (now just under 7wks), for which I haven't even had one puff. However, I find myself constantly craving one so I bought myself a vape with 0g nicotine whatsoever, just for an "emergency" puff...... is this ok?! What if I don't inhale? Sorry I know it sounds terrible but hopefully understand going cold turkey difficult Blush

Current advice is here smokefreeaction.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2017/06/eCigSIP.pdf from Smoke Free Action.
Basically if you are unable to stay smoke free then best is licensed NRT followed by ecigs. Immaterial if you use nicotine or not it's the TAR in smoke that does the damage.
Use whatever you feel comfortable with and ignore any judgement.
Good luck!

Speak to your doctor, but I'd have thought a zero nicotine vape to be fine.
