Help with vaping

I really want to finally give up smoking and purchased a vaping kit recommended by a friend. But I can’t stop coughing!

Oops posted too soon. Any advice? Am I doing something wrong?! It’s giving me a horrible sore throat and making me cough horrendously

Inhale slowly, there's less resistance in vaping than smoking.

Try different liquids.

If it's variable power reduce the watts/volts.

Giving up smoking does often result in a cough as your lungs clear. I'm sure lots of people give up vaping because they mistake ordinary stopping smoking effects for vaping side-effects!
