This is my millionth quit attempt. I'm going cold turkey this time.

I had I think two cigarettes this morning then stopped. Feeling cravings big time. But I'm not gonna cave in.

Will use this thread as a sort of diary of my quit attempt.

Hi, lots of attempts from me too, longest lasted over 8 months after reading Allan Carr. Determined to stop again for good this time.
Do you have any plans in place to help ride out the cravings?

Hi there. I quit for five years after reading Allen Carr, then was pregnant and breastfeeding, then started again. I read Allen Carr recently and it didn't work for me this time. I haven't managed to quit as per my original post. I've been smoking. I've currently got a nicotine lozenge in my mouth and am thinking of stopping again. It's hard isn't it?
