I am now 10 months smoke free Grin in that time my app says I would have smoked around 9000 cigarettes
I was a heavy smoker, around 30 a day and loved smoking. Tried in 2013 to quit but the e cigs back then didn't do it for me. Randomly bought one online 10 months ago, the first 24hrs I vaped constantly and then I thought well I can't go back to smoking now!
Current kit - eleaf ipower and triton mini tank. Highly recommend, battery life is great. I use almost exclusively trip hammer liquids, mainly the cake/biscuit flavours
Couldn't have done it without the help of people on here. So it is possible, I'm a happy vaper who now can't stand the smell of smoke!
Oh and my blood pressure has gone from about 155/95 to 110/70

Well done, I'm a long time lurker, started vaping about two weeks ago after getting all the info on these forums, using mini istick and aspire nautilus, using one pound ejuice, I'm still finding it hard to quit the morning fags, I'd like to upgrade and buy a spare battery but find it all so confusing, I'd like one with adjustable wattage just to see how that helps but nothing as advanced as the sub ohm's, and best place to buy batteries as a lot on amazon seem like fakes after reading the reviews, I really want to do this, been smoking heavily for 40 odd years.

@mismo - mine is adjustable Smile I bought it from gearbest (anything labelled authentic on there is the real thing)
I think uk e cig store is the other I've used

Well done Star

I'm gave up smoking when pregnant with DC1 7 years ago and shortly after her birth I walked into a cloud of someone's nasty cigarette smoke - and I mean it was nasty, I can walk through other people's and not think its nasty like that was - and I couldn't go back. Had a brief fling with a cartomiser but left alone.

Found myself desperately craving a cigarette this holiday, so decided to go buy a proper vaping starter kit - got a vaporesso drizzle. Its been a sanity saver. So glad this is around now and I haven't gone back.

That's amazing! 9000 cigarettes not smoked :o, I bet you've saved a fortune!

I'm using an ipower too with a cleeto tank using lemon tart oil lovevaping.com/brands/dinner-lady/lemon-tart-by-dinner-lady.html just can't seem to get enough of it - but i've found I still crave a cigarette in the morning too, especially when I wake up with a dry mouth because of vaping it so much the night before!! Sometimes remind myself of DD with her dummy!!

I'm still a vaper Grin and 14 months or so smoke free. Would have smoked nearly 14,000 cigarettes
