Any vapers with an Istick pico mega?

I have one, I've just upgraded to it from the Istick basic which Ive had since January. My pico arrived this morning, it's been on charge for hours now.

Its all very confusing with all the different settings and most importantly I can't get the damn thing to work!! It will not turn on! Is there anyone with more technical knowledge than me who may be able to offer assistance? Pleaseeeeeee?

Haha that's about the extent of my expertise too. I have done that. It switches on when it's on charge but I get an error message and off charge I get nothing. It's dead to the world I'm sure I'll figure the bloody thing out, thank you anyway.
