I gave up smoking in January after smoking for 30 years on and off(mainly on apart from 2 pregnancies and breastfeeding).
I had a pretty bad chest infection and just thought I'd had enough. Also my dentist told me I was going to lose most of my teeth!
My problem is I still smoke when drinking in social situations. It's not often but I want to stop this too. I have tried not to but I seem to be longing for one the whole time and feel on edge and not relaxed.
Does anyone have any tips to help? I would rather not vape.

Vaping is a reasonable alternative in this case I think.

I'm a social smoker who has switched to vaping (thanks to some lovely vipers here :) ) and so far it's working brilliantly!
