Hi I am 13 weeks smoke free, down to using 2 pots of 1.5mg of niQuitin mints a week.

Some how can manage to reduce, I have tried plain mints but no results

Well done Eve! StarFlowersStar

13 weeks might seem ages but it's still early days - remember this is a positive change you're making for life. You've already eliminated pretty much all the harm from smoking and there's no point rushing to reduce the nicotine if it's likely to leave you susceptible to relapse. You could just decide to not worry about it and have another go at reducing in a few weeks.
