bleeding gums

I've cut down for the last eight weeks from 30 cigarettes to 3/4 a day and vaping a lot but it's only now my gums are bleeding.
Has anyone else had this ?

I had this! It's a good time to book a dentist appointment and see the hygienist. If your gums are bleeding you have gum disease and need to get it sorted.
