big nautilus stuck!

Help! I can't open my large nautilus. It's always too stiff but today it has beaten me. I've tried with a t towel and cling film. I don't have any rubber gloves. Googling tells me this is an issue sometimes

I have ordered a mini one this week - are the mini's as hard to open to fill??

Does anyone have a miracle answer to getting the big one open?

This happened to me with my mini when I first had it & I G E N T L Y used a pair of pliers.

You really don't need to do them up that tightly at all - they won't leak. Stop screwing them shut at the first sign of resistance.
