Why is my eLeaf iStick rubbish?!

I've just bought the above with an aspire nautilus tank. But, it's rubbish!

I can't taste the liquid when I drag (slowly!), there's minimal hit and sometimes I can't even get any vapour out of it.

What am I doing wrong? I'm gutted as researched quite a lot before buying it. As far as I know, I've followed the instructions to the letter.

That should read I CAN taste the liquid, like I suck it up.

Eurgh, I'm trying to use it now and I can't get anything out of it at all.

Oh gosh, it was the air holes. Those pesky air holes. How embarrassing!

First time I tried to fill my first vape I poured liquid straight through it!

No question is ever to daft to ask here - vaping is a real minefield when you start.
