I need to start using ecigs but I dont want to start low as I know i will give up and go back to smoking if i dont get the hit.

I know nothing about them or where to buy them. Everyone here seems so knowledgeable and quotes names and add ons as if they were sold in Asda. I have no idea where to start looking ( do they sell them in Asda?)

I have seen some iffy looking stalls on our local market but they never last more than a week or two. And I know Amazon sell lots but where on earth do you start? There must be shops - but where are they and what are they called?

There are so many options I cant work it out. One of the reasons for giving up is the save money hopefully but some of the kit is eye wateringly expensive . Is it all necessary?

Thanks Polter
I smoke about 20-25 a day . I have Carltons now but used to like B&H . Cant afford anything like that now.

I want to cut the cost but also I know this isnt doing me any good at all. Luckily I dont (yet) have any health issues but its probably only a matter of time.

Its not so much the cost of setting up .Its more that I know that if I try something and it doesnt work enough for me to see the benefits then I will just give up. And I want it to work.

Thanks also for the heads up on interchanging pieces of kit. I didnt know that so it helps a lot.

I started with the mudder battery www.amazon.co.uk/Mudder-Electronic-Cigarette-Remaining-Protection/dp/B00P5UHERM and GS H2 clearomiser www.amazon.co.uk/GS-H2-Clearomiser-Atomiser-Clearomizer-Atomizer/dp/B00FCU8TRO with liquids from Freshcig or LiQuid.

All cheap and more than adequate - DH is still happily using this combo a year on.

Thank you so much for the comprehensive information.

It will take me some time to locate shops nearby that stock these things but I now have starting point for pricing etc.

Thank you so much.
