Hello!
If anyone has ideas on what to do at the end of the day, before bedtime, other than smoking :) I would be really grateful for them.
I don't smoke during the day, also not in the evening, but I am accustomed to the habit of smoking between, say 21-24 and I want to stop this finally.
I always go outside, to the yard/balcony/terrace (at my home, to the door and/or terrace that is), stand and or/sit or pace a bit around there, relax, think about things, the past days, life etc - and smoke, many cigarrettes at a time. I might do this two or three times during these late hours. I do this be it hot or freezing cold outside.
I want to stop this, because I'm ruining my own health.
I could take a tea mug and sip it, and relax. But then I would have to wake for bathroom once or twice even, and I don't want to do that. Same with water etc. The outside thing is a definite must. I don't want to eat anything, either.
Please help me!
