Champix - brilliant

Nearly two weeks of no smoking which I can't quite believe. Doing it with champix which I think is a wonder drug. I gave up a few years ago cold turkey and I remember it being so much more stressful than this!!! Really happy :)

Well done OP. Champix is great stuff and you are doing brilliantly. Can I make a suggestion though? Use this time, while you are taking it and not wanting to smoke, to build good habits. Change your routines to build new non-smoking habits so, when the drug finishes, you are not likely to relapse. Giving up will be the best thing you can ever do for your health, well done and good luck

Thx - yes will do Scouse although I really believe I am not going to relapse as have wanted to give up for so long....my husband also gave up so it will be hard for me to start again with him not smoking. The benefits to my health are huge already - I really really needed to give up and I think I will remember that. (Fingers crossed!)
