Really enjoying vaping.
So right for me.
My husbands doing it too which is amazing. He's only ever managed a day of no fags.
So pleased.

nobrain - I dropped a dress size after a year of vaping with no dieting - because my lung function was so much better I could do far more exercise.

I now swim 1k 3 times a week + lots of walking.

And Hooray for stars as well.

i joined the gym at work this week tomorrow will be my first session at 6:30 am !!! Gulp

And 2\3 was a faction dh has gone from 25 to 30 a day down to 10 :)

I found out the other day I'd lost around half a stone in under a year without trying - worked out that instead of reaching for chocolate I was reaching for the e-cig because the flavours are so good
