Dry pasty lips?

For the past 3 days now I have had this. I am a crazed chap stick user so never really had an issue in years. I am drinking a bunch of extra water to make sure I do not dehydrate, so cannot fathom what the dry lip thing is about.
Anyone else get this with vaping?

Well I found out the cause. I am sick. ;)
Woke up this morning with a mild fever, chills and body aches. :o
