No more smoking for me anymore. I don't want to vape, I just want to stop. I have a 1 year old dd who I want to be healthy for. I want to not be so skint, and I'm sure not spending £4.10 a day on fags will help towards that!

I had my last cigarette at around 6pm last night and have been fine until now. This is when I have finished my jobs and sit down with a coffee to relax for 10 minutes. I always make coffee, go have cigarette, come back and coffee is cool enough to drink.
I need to quit this time. New year, new me.

I can't get fall off the wagon if I wanted to anyway. dp has got the car today which I left the pushchair in by accident and the nearest shop is a good 25-30 minute walk Grin

I've just sipped my first coffee and realised that the milk was off. Envy

Hi everyone, day 3 coming to an end and I feel great with the patches!
Had a huge clearout and move around in the house today so have been distracted all day. Just waiting for pizza now for my reward!!Grin

Haven't read the thread-sorry-but just wanted to say well done and keep at it. I was a very heavy smoker, gave up 8 years ago and it was the hardest but best thing I've done. There's times I'd like one even now, but I think the smoking ban helps (I'm very rarely around smokers now to even be tempted), as does the thought of my children smoking. I'd be horrified, so I need to set the example.

Stick with it, you're doing great x
