From being a "social smoker" (a misnomer if ever I heard one Grin) recently (mum died, work got shit, been on holiday and relaxed everything a bit) I have increased my smoking to about 10 a day, more when drinking.

Gotta stop once and for all. DH also stopping, he smokes more than me, but I am not going to link my efforts to his.

Hard parts will be when I am out with friends who smoke and having a drink.

Start putting the money you save from NOT buying cigarettes away somewhere, & get yourself a decent treat like a pamper day or new clothes (that don't stink of fags Grin). Or put it in a holiday fund.

As you see the money mount up (surprisingly quickly) that will be another incentive Smile
