So what is best way from vaping to totally giving up?

Are there any timescales to reduce nicotine level, or tips and tricks? I started vaping 2 months ago, 'I still had a few fags a day for awhile and have been exclusively vaping for about 6 weeks, with a couple of blips. I don't feel the need for an actual cigarette anymore, didn't even consider asking my sister for one today when she lit up around me.

Tbh I don't particularily enjoy vaping too much, it's just habit the same way fags were, if I'm busy or preoccupied I don't even bother with it, have been going several hours without, which tells me I am ready to give up. It's a pita I can do without tbh, so how fast should I reduce nicotine, am on 18mg atm, or should I go for a cold turkey approach? Im bored of it all now.

Obviously whatever happens will keep one around with some juice for if I cave, would rather get readdivted to vaping than proper fags.

Should probably mention I am going on a diet too, is this the worst time ever to give up vaping or is it best to just get all of the pain out of the way at once, am very determined to lose weight.

Also would it work with patches and 0 nicotene juice when desperate, I'm fed up of it all, the only time #i get a craving is after a meal, am sure I could ride that out.

Give it a go, as long as you still have your kit to go back to if you find you're not ready you don't have much to lose.

I would get some 12mg and see how you get on. If it's not enough you can mix it with the 18 a bit at a time. Some people cut down 1mg at a time like this until they're on 0 nic.
