So I've got the evod arrive at home- I want to put the liquid in- am I putting it in the central hole or down the sides please?!

down the sides :)
Don't let it go down the centre or it fall right out :)

There's quite a good video One thing they don't tell you in the video is don't screw it on the battery too hard, just until the threads start to stiffen a bit.
