Everything is better, chest don't feel so tight. Sore throat has gone and the physical symptoms has almost all gone.

Still getting craving but I know they are all in my head.

Good luck to everyone giving up.

I live in wales, so contacted stop smoking wales.

Used patches and spray. If you can go to a stop smoking service then I would recommend it.

I found that the co2 machine a good motivator as you want to get a low score to prove that you are not smoking

Well done ican, it's great when you notice the difference in breathing isn't it. I have just started on week 6, couple of side effects to quitting but on the whole feel much better and healthier Smile

Well today I passed a major hurdle, had an operation and I did it with out NRT or smoking.
