Hello Mrsjayy, welcome to the vaping fold!

About shops, I don't know of any in my part of London - I guess the overheads are so high here that you're less likely to find small independent shops of that kind, which seems a blimmin shame. I suppose market stalls would be a better bet in London? Not seen one yet around here though.

Good to be reminded about the potential toxicity of the liquid ( ingested and on skin )and to keep it out the way of children. Am also stunned that there have been cases of attemped suicide, using lots of nicotine patches...WTF???

Think I'm now 12 weeks off the rollies. Have moved down to 12mg from 18mg. Did a huge sprint for the bus the other day and wasn't even out of breath

Same time for me Perihelion, was 12 weeks last night. I'm still on 18mg, but going by the amount of time my vision spinner & Ego C-twist (near enough identical) last between charges I'm vaping a bit less now - was about a day & a quarter between charges, now a day & a half

Allergic I thought you'd given up at the same time as me!
I've only run my batteries right down a couple of times, as I'm slightly paranoid about having no working battery.

Perihelion I have a total of 5 batteries, all of which I keep charged not paranoid at all . So I should hopefully never be without

if i am at home mrs jayy, i just do a couple then put it down, for a bit.
it is not like smoking cigs i find. you dont take 5 or 10 minutes. i find just a few puffs are ample.
and then another few puffs a bit later.

See i was wondering while I puffed it takes me 5 minutes to smoke a fag I am not doing this for 5 minutes i will die I did have a cigarette first thing with my coffee though

exactly, it is hard at work because before i would have walked to smoking area but now i vape on the way to the smoking area but by the time i have got there i dont want to vape any more!

Mrsjayy I definitely find that I take a few puffs but more frequently, I think most vapers do that.

It might be the technique you use as well; for vaping you should take much gentler & slower draws, not much more than breathing in rather than the full-blooded drag on a real cigarette

I think you are right allergic I sort of took a draw rather than just breathing I am sure i will get used to it,

Ah Allergic I only have two 1100 batteries, having not got sucked into shinyitis, probably because I used to smoke rollies, so the cash savings to spend on other shite is less

MrsJayy all my still, smoking pals cough and splutter when they first have a shot of mine.

MrsJayy - It certainly takes a few days to get used to vaping - it is very different from having a fag!

You know whats annoying? I'll tell you. Half my living rooms in darkness cos I turn one of the lights off during 'prep toddler for bed' time and im too lazy to turn it back on now hes gone. Plus the cats on my knee so I cant move the real issue is that ths light problen and the cat situation make it too hard to see what liquids left in the window on this evod. Fume.

I wonder if I can find something skmilar schro so I will try tomorrow

morning getting on great with my vaping I have only had 3 ciggies since yesterday I am not that bothered smoking although i do like my first thing fag , I am still getting a bit of a sore throat hit the first vape does that go away soon
