I've just had two teeth out and a filling. I was determined not to cry but my eyes leaked after the extractions because I feel so ashamed of how bad I let my teeth get and how I ruined them by smoking. I will never, EVER touch a cigarette again. Or miss a dental check-up!

Im practically in love with them. My favourites are death by bunny - a custardy strawberry. And monkberry -strawberry banana. They taste so good I want to eat my e-fag.

I ran out of my favourite triphammer refresher, and ordered 2x 30mls which came today, thank god, and a love hearts to try. I also ordered red Kola and bubblegum from bargain vapours they were really cheap, 100ml bottles too. Going on holiday in 3 weeks so had to stock up.

Thanks for the website on travelling, will take a look at that. I ran out of refresher and was vaping banana blend mixed with vanilla, then I got unwell. Wonder if they're related? Have been in bed, conked out literally all day for three days, hot and cold and shivery. Thank god for electric blankets. Also my throat was sore but since triphammer stuff arrived, it's not sore.

There are a lot of nasty bugs around at the moment Shona. DH had flu last week and now has a streaming cold. Hope you feel better soon

Hello just checking in. Saturday was a total fail, smoked like a chimney, was out and drank too much. Felt so ashamed and sick the next day (not just hangover!)

So I've been vaping since Sunday! Just sat here thinking how much better vaping is than the real thing. I don't stink. I can smoke indoors when I can't be arsed going in the garden. I'm saving money

Just need to keep it up!

Charlie - when I'd been vaping for a week I made & tried a roll up (my old cig of choice).

I lit it, took two puffs, ran to the sink, spitting & gagging & had to clean my teeth at least twice before my mouth felt OK again.

If you're getting on that well with vaping you'll be fine.

Make sure you have a spare battery though!

Hiya Charlie. You may need to play a few tricks on yourself to get through this, I know I did! Took me months to stop dual fuelling .

I started out with little thinks like keeping the cigs in a completely different room to where I usually sit, so if I wanted a fag I would have to think about it, get up, & go to a different room rather than just light up without realising it. I then went on to short trips out (e.g. supermarket) leaving the fags at home & only taking the e-cig, then longer trips. Another thing I found useful to keep the fags down was to only take a very limited number anywhere I went, so I couldn't chain smoke - when you only have 3 fags on you to last 6 hours, you soon start to think first whether vaping is OK at that particular moment!
