I've suddenly started coughing when I vape and my chest feels tight and wheezy, WTF? I haven't got a cold so I don't know what's going on. Am I over-vaping?

Allergic I've just gone and bought 3x30 there's a few asking him for bigger sizes. Oh and I got love hearts too, excited! My mate Sandra and I are off to lanzarote for a week in four weeks so am stocking up, we were going to go to Egypt to celebrate my 3 years cancer free, but they wanted £800 for insurance online quote, then phoned and because I'm still seeing the cancer specialist every six months rather than a year they wouldn't insure me at all!

Quite glad actually as was bit scared to be honest, and lanzarote is safe, I've been once and loved it, and it's about 25 degrees so not nuts hot like Egypt. Sorry rambling on, am SO excited! A week in the sun, all inclusive, no kids! Bliss! It'll be funny not buying duty free though I used to heard straight to the cigarette section! X

Shona - Have a wonderful time. Take all the kit you need. I was in Tenerife last year & there were vaping shops but the prices were 50% more than UK!! And you can go to Duty Free for or gin!

Magi- thankyou! I've got adapters, spare clearos, and three batteries and two chargers so hopefully be okay. We are staying at vik club coral beach which is apparently really quiet, so hardly any shops which is good as its all inclusive so don't want to have to spend too much. Last time I was on holiday was Cape Verde which was lovely, and was in the supermarket when I got a call from the consultant saying I had cancer and had to go into hospital the next day! So hopefully a better time this time! X

If you go out & do any trips the Timinfaya volcano area is amazing.

As is Lagomar, an amazing cave house with a stream running through it, built for Omar Sharif & he lost it gambling (something like that). Totally fantastical!

Shona I would also still be a bit careful about Egypt right now due to the political situation. I went in November a few years back & the weather was near enough ideal, hot but not TOO hot (mmm Nile cruise).

Be aware that Bargain Vapour 100ml purchases don't come in a cute little dripper bottle like most e-liquids! It comes in what looks like the tubs you get when you buy 98 Neurofen tablets, or loose prescription drugs, and with a foil seal. You'll need a pipette or something similar to get the liquid into your dropper bottles.

Yep, am glad we aren't going to Egypt, lanzarote much nearer too. I've got syringes from diabetic friend will use some of those, thankyou! Saved me a fortune. Now to get rid of all the ones I've not opened!

Magi, I don't normally get hayfever and don't have any allergies that I know of - it's really weird! I'm putting it down to general bodily changes from giving up smoking and/or vaping too much. Tend to unthinkingly chain vape so I think I'll make a point of putting the thing down and giving myself some breaks just in case I'm drying out my throat too much or something

It might be your lungs starting the clear-out Raia? Can take months with some people to shift all the gunk that's built up over the years.

Raia have you started using any new flavours recently? It might be something in one of the flavours that doesn't agree with you. I can't do fruit flavours at all as they give me a sore mouth.

Shona, have a brilliant holiday! There's a recent VTTV video on Youtube with lots of advice for travelling with your kit - you might want to skip the first ten minutes as there's a lot of farting around before they start properly.

That's the strange thing, the coughing/wheezing started the other day while vaping the same juices I've been using for weeks and weeks without incident (one is 70PG/30VG and the other is 50/50 - I did wonder if I was developing some kind of allergy to one or the other ingredient but it seems unlikely ... or does it?). It's bizarre! Maybe as you say Allergic it's just the crap starting to clear out of my lungs, so I'll look on it as a positive thing. Stopping smoking after using tobacco for 30+ years is bound to have all sorts of effects on the body while it sorts itself out: it's probably quite a shock to the system isn't it?

Allergies can devolp almost over night. Didn't Poulter Goose have a strong reaction to wither PG or VG?

Moan & gripe as much as you want - we can always switch you off!

And I don't blame you moaning about teeth - I had to have an extraction last Monday & have been moaning & unable to wash up/cook/iron/hoover etc ever since!

Ever thought of mixing your own Polter? You can get the VG & nicotine in decent quantities, then just buy flavours you think you may fancy.

A dear lovely friend gave me a vamo yesterday - it vapes much better than the MVP! Seems to give out more power so I can vape at 3 volts and get plenty of flavour and clouds. And it looks very sonic screwdriverish!

Thats interesting polter, I had a couple of nose bleeds from nowhere the other day I wonder if thats to do with pg? I had a cold aswell. But thats made me think. I'll have to keep an eye out .

Nosebleeds are a fairly common symptom of stopping smoking regardless of method, it's because your capillaries are growing back.

Raia that's interesting. I have an MVP and a vamo and the same clearo on the MVP needs 3.7V (standard ego voltage) but only 3V on the vamo or it tastes burnt. I'm not sure this means the vamo is 'better' - one or other is displaying inaccurate voltage and I suspect it's the vamo (although it does look cool!)

Vaping dekang grape, 16 mg, bland as fuck..

Im not a grape fan, thought id love it but got one a few years ago and it was awful... might have been my set up though, might retry it now I have better stuffs.

I thought i'd like grape too but it wasn't to be.

I'm currently vaping smurfs blood. If you can remember the Wonka 'NERD' sweets, it tastes like them :)
