so sad that I find myself here :(
a little about me - I had three miscarriages and then found CRP clinic who diagnosed me with high NK Cells I got pregnant under their care on the second month and carried my baby girl Hallie to 35+3 where I had a huge placenta abruption and Hallie died :( I also nearly lost my life, I lost so much blood and had to stay in hospital for 5 days. It was the most traumatic time of my life.
i am 36 and still just want to hold a baby in my arms but I am so scared, so scared this will happen again? I just wondered if anyone else has gone through similar and gone on to have a healthy baby and how was ur care with the NHS next time round ?? Thanks in advance x

No experience, but sorry for the loss of Hallie. X

Hello. I'm so sorry to read that your beloved baby Hallie died.

I had a placental abruption with my first "successful" pregnancy, after two miscarriages. The abruption was at 35 weeks.

Fortunately my baby survived. With all my subsequent pregnancies, I was closely monitored and had caesarean sections for all of them.

I went in with bleeding and pain and they scanned me and saw it.

I had a CS immediately. I know I was lucky. I'm a midwife and I've seen babies die in these circumstances.

Oh I’m so sorry.

i had a huge placental abruption at 31 weeks with DTs. We were very very lucky. I had a placental ablation procedure for TTTS and the abruption followed.
