As a SM I believe SS is vaping he is of age to do this but I have expressed my opinions I don't want this happening in the house. He has denied it but have previously found them in room and there is a distinct smell in my opinion. I'd rather then say yes I am than lying . My boyfriend who is dad is okay with this and says he can do what he likes in his room? AIBU?

If his dad's not bothered you'll have a hard time trying to enforce it. If he's of age I'd just leave him to it. It smells better than the usual teenage boy smell.

If its your home to you have a right to say you don't want it, don't let people tell you to live with it just because he's a stepson, I had that on this tread and no way was i just going to get on with it because you know why I pay for the mortgage to and have a right to a say what goes on in the house.

Is he definitely doing it in the house? If he's vaping outside not on your property then he'll smell of it and have vapes physically in his room (he needs to put them somewhere).
