Support in Sussex

Hello does anyone know of any step parent support groups in the Brighton area? My partner has a child and I'm finding it so difficult even after being together a while. I really need to talk someone in the same situation

I’m in Sussex too. About half an hour from
Brighton. Been a SM for 13 years now (wrinkles and grey hair to show for it 😁)
I don’t know of any support groups but I’m also happy to help / chat if you want to message.
