What do all the acronyms mean?

Hello, I'm new to the board, and having a browse about and wondered whether anyone can shed any light on the acronyms used?

For eg:

DH
DD
DM
DP
DS
DSS

SK
SDS
SDD

I gather it's things like husband, partner, stepkid, but I can't work out which ones are which. Be grateful for any translation!
