Social services are involved with Bm and want a call with us as she's put him in vulnerable positions to many times and her bf isn't allowed around any kids. We want to go for full custody now we've read the full report and seen how bad it is. What's the chances of us getting full custody

OP posts:

Who are you in relation to the child?

MarthaFokker · 15/03/2022 23:07

Absolutely no idea as you haven't really told us anything.

pastypirate · 15/03/2022 23:09

Custody doesn't exist in the uk it's parental responsibility.

The op is in a relationship with the child’s father.
The child’s mother is in a relationship with a man who - for whatever reason - is not allowed around children.
The child’s mother is not keeping him safe - presumably by staying with an abuser

Not enough information. Ages of children. Nature of mother’s partners criminal record.. etc. What the children’s wishes are. What your involvement is with kids and level of contact just now.
No one can really say with so little info.

OP, instead of starting another thread, why didn't you come back to answer some questions here? No-one can really help you unless you do.
