Helpbooks for Teens

Hi guys, my SSs are 16 and 17 and unsurprisingly, are starting to become much more aware of the dynamics between their parents and the differences. Was talking to one of them today and he feels caught in the middle and struggles dealing with one opinion conflicting the other. His words, he is 'confused'. I know most teens are but does anyone know of any books out there aimed at them about this situation? I've looked and can only find ones for smaller kids or ones that talk about God a lot (American). They're really struggling.

Noticed you didn't have any replies! I don't know if any books I'm afraid, but very thoughtful of you to try and help them this way Thanks
