Just wondered if anyone has any experience of doing this. My exH has PR for our children, as do I. My now H would like to get PR for the children due to their dad being in prison. On the step-parent forms it seems to say that all 3 parties have to attend to get the forms signed by an official court person. Does anyone know how this works of one person cannot get to the court to get things done? Thanks
